Do I have to give consent?

Vaccine-Consent.jpg

You will be asked if you want to have the vaccine or not. The health worker will not give you the injection unless you agree to it by signing a consent form.

When you sign the form you agree that it is OK for health workers to give you the vaccine and that you understand what the vaccine is for and any side effects.

If the law says someone cannot make up their own mind then doctors, family members and others will make the decision for them. This is called a Best Interest Decision.
